A-Z Yachting is expanding and we are looking for a Remote Recruitment Consultant!
The Ideal Candidate should be based in the USA (must be legal to work in the USA) or the Caribbean and have extensive experience in the yachting industry. Must be a self motivated, goal orientated individual that is fluent in English. Strong communication and administrative skills are required. Looking for someone that can commit long term.
Must be fully vaccinated.
The duties will include and not be limited to the following:
-Sourcing new clients and business opportunities
-Interviewing crew
-Verifying Qualifications
-Checking References
-Social Media
-Producing weekly reports
-Attending networking events and boat shows
This position is a remote position with flexible hours.
